My wonderful sister made pizza from scratch last week and that got my mind thinking. I remembered seeing that my bread maker had a pizza dough function. I stored that little bit of info until the day before yesterday when I decided it was time to try it out.
I wasn't planning on making pizza for supper so the plan was making the dough to freeze and using it at a later date. I used the recipe that came with my bread maker.

I LOVE my bread maker! Best Christmas present ever! You'll see more of this bad boy. lol It's sitting on my stove for this recipe but I don't normally use it there. I have a tiny kitchen with very little counter space and I already had the slow cooker working.
OK.. back to the dough..
So first I got the ingredients together.

1 2/3 cups water( 80F or 27C)
2tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. dry milk
4 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. dry active yeast
All the ingredients are added to the bread maker pan in that order with the yeast being added last in to a shallow well you make in the flour.
I set it to pizza dough and let it rip!
This is what it looked like before I tipped it out on to a floured board.

I divided the dough up in to three balls. It made more than I thought it would but I'm totally sure I can make and eat 3 pizzas. ;) Erynn was all over this part too. She wanted to play with the dough.
After I divided it I wrapped each ball in Glad Press N Seal Freezer.

Back to the dough..
I'm an anal sort of gal so I then put my wrapped dough in freezer bags and labelled them.
